Public notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with Sections 10.12.070 and 10.20.060 of the Ephraim City Municipal Code, will conduct a public meeting to discuss and possibly make recommendation to the Ephraim City Council regarding a proposed Conditional Use Permit to allow an addition to an existing Single-family Dwelling Unit at 98 S. 400 E., Ephraim.
The applicant, Antonio Jimenez, is requesting the Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of an addition to add 2 units to the existing single-family home on the property.
