Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Thursday, February 9, 2023, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input to amend a height restriction on a conditional use permit for Denise Taylor on an oversized structure totaling 4,000 square feet located at 5179 W 4250 S 2. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on a conditional use permit request from Casey Meenderink for an oversized structure totaling 6,000 square feet, structural height of 31 feet, and an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located at 6540 W 5100 S 3. The purpose of the third public hearing is to receive public input on a conditional use permit request for Ned King for an oversized structure totaling 2,496 square feet located at 5438 W 4325 S All interested parties are invited to attend.
