APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 29TH, 2022. 5. APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE ORDINANCE 2022-02: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HOLDING PLANNING AND ZONING MEETINGS FOR THE MONTHS OF JANUARY 2023 THROUGH DECEMBER 2023. DECISION. 6. APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISION. 7. ANNUAL REVIEW OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS 8.
