NOTICE OF ELECTIONS
Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-301, The Town of Cedar Fort hereby gives notice the following municipal offices will be voted on in the 2023 Municipal Election:
Council Member Seat C - 4-year term Council Member Seat D - 4-year term
Terms are expiring for Council Member Seat C (Jed Berry), and Council Member D (Travis Giles).
The Constitutional and Statutory qualification requirements for municipal office are:
1. The person is a registered voter in the municipality.
2. The person will be at least 18 years old at the time of the next election.
3. The person is a legal resident of the municipality for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election.
4. The person has not been convicted of a felony.
All individual candidates and nomination petitions shall be filed at the Town Office from June 1 through June 7, 2023, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. NOTICE: If filing outside of these times, please call for an appointment at (801) 768-2147.
