Description/Agenda: Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Salem City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of an impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analyses (IFA), with respect to the Storm Drain system. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFP and IFA are all areas within Salem City's boundaries, Salem City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Salem City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the A.D.A., individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Salem City Office at 30 W. 100 S. or call (801) 423-2770 at least three working days prior to meeting.
