RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 9, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): a. Sage Creek Academy - an in-home preschool to be located at 2492 West 12420 South. Applicant - Alanna Vaea b. My Little World Daycare - an in-home daycare to be located at 4281 W. Red Fleet Court. Applicant - Dora Garcia c. My Storage Riverton - a commercial site plan and amended subdivision on 2.1 acres in the C-G (Gateway Commercial) zone at 13487 South 5600 West. Applicant - Jeffrey Bernson d. Holy Trinity Church - an amended site plan for a proposed expansion for an existing church located at 13249 S. Redwood Road. Applicant - Rev. Alan Borcher e. Riverton West Phase 1 - a master site plan of 9.84-acres and a final site plan for Phase 1, 3.3-acres, to be located at 4091 West 12600 South. Applicant - CIR Engineering f. Old Liberty Way Subdivision - a proposal for a subdivision and road dedication for property located at 4121 West 12600 South. Applicant - Riverton City This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
