PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on Thursday February 09, 2023, at approx. 6:00 pm. At the South Weber City Council Chambers located at 1600 E South Weber Drive the following public hearing(s) will be held before the Planning Commission: 1. Public Hearing and Action on: Ordinance 2023-02: Amendments to Residential Multi- Family (R-7) to Residential Multi-family (R-5), Adoption of Strategic Growth Overlay Zone (SG), and Rezone Parcels 13-018-0084 & 13-034-0068 from (R-7) to (R5-SG). 2. Public Hearing and Action on: Preliminary Plan, Rezone (from C-O to R-7), & Development Agreement for Deer Run Townhomes Parcel# 133640001 2.914 acres located at 7897 S 2700 E for applicant: Joseph Cook of Deer Run Investments LLC. 3. Public Hearing and Action on Preliminary Plan, Conditional Use & Architectural Review for Crosswind Subdivision/Wasatch Dermatology Parcels 13-039-0082 & 13-039-0083 approximately 5.57 acres for applicant: Genneva Blanchard of John W Hansen & Associates A copy of the associated information for the hearings can be found at: http://southwebercity.com/government/public-notices/. The public is invited to attend the hearing and make comments. Comments will also be accepted at: publiccomment@southwebercity.com.
