1. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2023-01; an ordinance amending the provision relating to vacation rentals in the Tourist Commercial Zone.
2. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2023-02; an ordinance amending certain sections of the La Verkin City Code to provide for an increase in permitted height of tourist transient lodging facilities (hotels, motels, inns, and lodges) within the commercial zones of the City.
