- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Subdivision Final Plat approval: Applicant Kyle Spencer on behalf of Magalei Family Trust is seeking preliminary plan and final plat approval for a three lot subdivision located at approximately 400 South and Goosenest Drive. The proposed subdivision is located in the R-1-10, Residential Zone. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
