Brian Head Town Notice of Public Hearing for Zoning Amendment Brian Head Town is currently reviewing its zoning ordinance and map. The Town is considering the proposed zone amendments in order to better align the potential future development density with limited resources, including but not limited to water rights, and to provide for improved transportation planning. Potentially affected subdivisions are as follows: - Brian Head Unit 3 Subdivision - Crystal Aire Subdivision You are invited to attend public hearings where the proposed zone amendments will be discussed. The details of the public hearings are as follows: Planning Commission Public Hearing -- Date/Time: February 7, 2023 @ 1:00pm (mountain time) Physical Location: 56 North Hwy 143, Brian Head, UT Zoom Meeting ID: 843 3370 6307 The public hearing will also be available on Zoom using the meeting ID provided above. If there are any changes to the Zoom meeting login details, they will be posted on the Town's website (brianheadtown.utah.gov) prior to the public hearing. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk by email: nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail (PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719) no later than February 6, 2023 by 4:30 pm. All written comments submitted to the Planning Commission will automatically be forwarded to the Town Council for the February 14, 2023 meeting. For details on the proposed zone amendment, please contact the Town offices at 435-677-2029 during normal business hours.
