- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Sadie Lloyd for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Maple Market' grocery business out of the property located at 85 East Main St. Tax Id. #10-022-0006.
