BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 23-02, 23-03, 23-04 Notice is hereby given that on January 19, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 23-02, 23-03, and 23-04. Ordinance 23-02 amends Brigham City Code Section 10.05.10, Applicability, to change the generation capacity for distributed generation interconnection commercial or industrial customers. Ordinance 23-03 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 14.10, Towing Service Regulations, to clarify tow rotation list qualifications. Ordinance 23-04 amends Brigham City Code Section 2.03.020, Meetings, to change City Council meeting time from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Ordinances shall take effect upon posting and publication on January 20, 2023. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
