- Public Notice is given that the Smithfield City Historical Preservation Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah, on Thursday, January 26, 2023. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. 1. Welcome 2. Approval of meeting minutes from September 23, 2022 3. Election of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. 4. Review CLG (Certified Local Government) Grant application. 5. Discussion on RAPZ Tax application. 6. Discussion on projects at the Douglass Mercantile building. 7. Commission Member Reports Adjourn
