1. Our Executive Committee (chair, vice chair, and secretary) terms have expired. Outline the methodology given in our
bylaws that we will use to vote on a new Executive Committee in February.
2. Subcommittee heads: are you willing to continue in your role through 2023?
3. Reach consensus on a grant project: the Old Town Hall restoration, or a Reconnaissance-Level Survey for a new
Historic District in PG? (The SHPO grant application deadline is Friday, February 17.)
4. Conduct a brainstorming session to outline our 2023 goals and projects.
5. Discuss how to obtain more Commission members.
6. Outline the Gurr's proposal for a 'history walk' sidewalk on the east line of their redeveloped property.
