- MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2023 LOA TOWN COUNCIL The Loa Town Council will meet on the following dates and times in 2023. Meetings begin at 6:30 pm every month, with the exception of January 2023, when no meeting is held. Meetings are held at the Loa Town Hall at 80 West Center. Meeting Dates February 9 March 9 April 13 May 11 June 8 July 13 August 10 September 14 October 12 November 9 December 14
