NOTICE OF THE FILING OF PETITIONS FOR WATER CONTRACT BY WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT All persons interested will please take notice that there have been filed with the Board of Trustees of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, petitions applying for the allotment of Weber Basin water, by the following landowners owning land in: SUMMIT COUNTY: Section 31, Township 4 North, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 17, Township 3 North, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 5 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 27, Township 1 North, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 29, Township 1 South, Range 5 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 16, Township 1 North, Range 5 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Copies of petitions containing the description of each tract and the terms and conditions under which the water is petitioned are on file in the office of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, Layton, Utah, for public inspection. The names of the petitioners and the amount of water in acre feet applied for are as hereinafter set out: PETITIONER/ACRE FEET: Powder Hollow Ranch Inc, 0.65 af Gregory W. & Nedra Richins, Gary W. & Jamie Richins, Bart W. & Cindy Richins, Ryan & Rachelle Richins, 0.65 af Kenneth Gordon & Isabel Stephens, 0.65 af James Frandsen, 0.65 af James Frandsen, 0.65 af Walter Alexander & Sage Hoggan, 0.65 af Theodosakis Family Trust, 0.65 af Lynn R & Carol Ann Cook, 0.65 af 2010 Maske Family Living Trust, 0.65 af Ashley Woolstenhulme, 0.65 af Ashley Woolstenhulme, 0.65 af The Board of Trustees of the District will meet in public session at District headquarters, 2837 E. Highway 193, Layton, Utah, 4:00 pm., Thursday, February 2, 2023 to consider each of such petitions and any and all objections that may be presented in writing by any persons showing cause why any of said petitions should not be granted. All persons interested may appear at such hearing and show cause in writing why said petitions, or any thereof should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed an assent on his part to the granting of said petition. The Board will at such meeting or at a subsequent meeting adjourned there from, accept or reject the petitions.
