NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (the 'District') will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm on February 2, 2023 at District headquarters 2837 E. Highway 193, Layton, UT. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the following items:
- Adoption of an Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and an Impact Fee Enactment for new retail water connections
- Creation of new District 4 water rate and capital charges
- Increase to 2024 wholesale and retail water rates for operations, maintenance, and replacement
All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and must be received 24 hours prior to the public meeting. Copies of the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, its Executive Summary, and Impact Fee Resolution are available for public review on or before January 19, 2023 on the District's website, Utah Public Notice website, District Headquarters, and in public libraries listed below.
