NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING You are receiving this notice because you are an affected entity or record owner of property within one thousand feet (1000') of the subject property. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following Land Use Application: Applicant(s): Geneva Rock Products Application #: 2022-24 Application Name: Special District Zoning and Map Amendment to SD-X The Bluff at Point Crossing General Plan: Mixed Use Current Zoning: SG-1 Sand & Gravel Location: Approximately 15600 South Porter Rockwell Boulevard Acreage: 20 acres Request: To propose amendments to the Bluffdale City Land Use Ordinance, Title 11, Chapter 11, Special Purpose and Overlay Zones, to create a new zoning ordinance chapter and map designation including, but not limited to; commercial and residential uses, open space and trails, public and private streets, and specific site and architectural design standards. The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the Bluffdale City Council.
