SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION PLANNING COMMISSION TRAINING RETREAT AGENDA January 18, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. City & County Building 451 South State Street, Room 326 Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 This training will be held in person at the City & County Building. This meeting will be open to the public, but no public input will be taken. PLANNING COMMISSION TRAINING WILL BEGIN AT 5:00 PM IN ROOM 326 DINNER - Dinner will be served to the Planning Commissioners and Staff at 5:00 p.m. in Room 326 of the City and County Building. The Planning Commission will receive discuss the following city planning related topics: 1. Authority Recap 2. Meeting Functions 3. Staff Report Composition 4. Decorum 5. Priorities for the Year For Planning Commission agendas, staff reports, and minutes, visit the Planning Division's website at slc.gov/planning/publicmeetings.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Staff Reports will be posted end of business the Friday prior to the meeting, and minutes will be posted end of business two days after they are ratified, which usually occurs at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission. The City & County Building is an accessible facility. People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation, which may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids and services.
