- Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Hearing Officer will hold one hearing at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2023: 1) RC-22-003, Mark Morris is seeking an appeal of a final decision of the Millcreek Planning Commission regarding a request for a Residential Compatibility Overlay Zone (RCOZ) C special exception to reduce a front yard setback on the appellant's proposed residence from 25 feet to 18 feet.
