NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that the Local Building Authority of Pleasant Grove City (LBA) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. AGENDA 1. Ratify the 'Termination Agreements' with JDHQ Land Holdings, LLC, LC Reserve One, LLC, Valley Grove Exchange I, LLC and other parties regarding termination of several development agreements previously entered into for property commonly known as 'The Hammons Property' consisting of approximately 37 acres and located approximately at I-15 Interchange and Valley Grove Way. Presenter: Attorney Petersen 2. Review and approve the September 22, 2022 meeting minutes. 3. Adjourn and convene as the Pleasant Grove City Council.
