PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, commencing at 4:00 pm to consider the following: A request to amend the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone for the purpose of adding a new 1,680 square foot storage building to this site which is generally located at approximately 2158 W. 1800 N. Please see map on back. The applicant is DJ Four LLC, c/o Don Ipson, and the representative is Jeff Mathis. The project name will be known as DJ4 Hobby Huts. Case No. 2023-PDA-001. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
