- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2600 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting and do so or submit comments via email to mmcgrath@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 955-2008, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Amendment to the Taylorsville General Plan Chapter 8 - Moderate Income Housing. File #1G23. The proposed amendment is intended to bring the Taylorsville General Plan into compliance with recent changes to the Utah State Code. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
