- Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing January 25, 2023 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Kyle Zack and Bryan Anderson request Final Subdivision approval for a two-lot split located at 653 W Third Ave in the Single Family Residential-2 (SF-2) zone. 2. Jacob Ballstaedt requests amendments to existing approvals for The Mills project as well as new approvals as more land has been acquired. The proposed amendments are to the Large Scale Master Plan and the Conditional Use Permit. Additionally, Mr. Ballstaedt is requesting approval for a Rezone request, Small Scale Master Plan, and Preliminary Subdivision located at 208-272 E 8000 S and 8082-8060 S 300 E in the SF-1/AO and RM-12 zone. 3. Gardner Jordan Bluffs LC requests Large-Scale Master Plan approval for a multi-family development in the area of Bingham Junction Blvd and Ivy Dr.
