Level Crossing Brewing Company at approximately 550 South 300 West - A request from Level Crossing Brewing Company to operate a bar establishment at approximately 550 South 300 West The subject property is located in the D-2 (Downtown Support) zoning district and is located in Council District 4, represented by Ana Valdemoros. Conditional Use at approximately 615 North 400 West - Lexie Reder, the lessee of the property, is requesting Conditional Use approval for a bar establishment at 615 North 400 West, in the M-1 Light Manufacturing District. The site of the proposed use is developed, with an existing building and parking area. No additions to the building or modifications to the site are proposed.
