NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 24, 2023 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to the Moderate Income Housing Element of the General Plan to be compliant with Utah State Code. - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to Section 5-0-111 Completion in the Development Code to clarify details regarding record drawings or as-builts for completed subdivisions. - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to several sections of the Development Code relating to removing the requirement for a conditional use permit for all model homes.
