- Sand Flats Recreation Area Stewardship Committee Action Item The Sand Flats Recreation Area (SFRA) Stewardship Committee supports a revision of the Bureau Land Management's proposal to redesignate motorized use on all 4x4 roads in the SFRA including Hell's Revenge, Fins and Things, Porcupine 4x4, Porcupine Rim and X-roads as daytime use only but closed from 10 pm to 6 am to match campground quiet hours.
