- I. Broken lines from meter to residence if not repaired within a 7-day time frame and is deemed wasteful by the Town Council
the residence owner will be responsible for 100% of the water bill. If a timely repair is made the Town Council will discount the bill 50%.
J. If a residence is going to be left for longer than 30 days, it is required to have water turned off by town employee(s).
If water is needed for animals or other reasons, the residence owner must report to the town clerk the length of absence and contact information during absence. If a break or leak is found and it has not been turned off, the owner will be responsible for 100% of the water bill.
Blacks agreed to 24' of asphalt plus 8' on each side for a total 40' so depending what the council decides we may need to see if they will agree to it.
