PUBLIC NOTICE
The Garland City Council passed ORDINANCE, O-23-01, on January 4, 2023, affirming the annexation of real property, to include 12.831 acres of property that comprise tax parcel number 06-067-0151 and the Malad River Area within the areas for future expansion located East of the Garland City Sewer Plant at 1206 South 1050 East and affirming the zoning of said real property. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
