Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the
following items which will be discussed and considered:
Public Hearing for Recommendation for proposed zoning of 'Park/School' in conjunction with
annexation of a portion of parcel 03-004-0011, located at approximately 101 West 2600 South,
containing 5.58 acres. (Applicant: Stokes Nature Center)
Public Hearing for Ordinance 23-01: Rezone of a portion of parcel 03-004-0011, located at
approximately 101 West 2600 South, containing 4.19 acres, from Residential (R-2) to
Park/School (P/S) (Applicant: Stokes Nature Center)
Public Hearing for Ordinance 23-02: Amendments to setback requirements for Open Carports
When: January 19, 2023, at 6:30 p. m.
