A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the special meeting held on November 30, 2023. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for December 2022. 7. BUSINESS a. Public hearing to receive comments on the Planning Commission's recommendations for updates and amendment to the general plan. b. Public hearing to receive comment with regard to the City's proposed issuance of not to exceed $10,000,000 Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Utah Beef Producers, LLC), Series 2023. c. Taylor White to discuss annual report for White's Sanitation. d. Jackie Roundy to discuss the need for a mental health facility in Richfield. e. Planning Commission report. f. Poulsen Development to request a conditional use for a mixed use for the property known as Knights Inn located at 69 South Main. g. Recess to reconvene and Richfield Municipal Building Authority meeting. h. Reconvene. i. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-1 amending Section 800 of the subdivision ordinance for drainage and floodplains. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. ADJOURNMENT
