Description/Agenda: Plain City Cemetery District Board Meeting January 12, 2023 - 7:00 p.m. Plain City Office Building Board Members Ross Taylor-Chairman Monette Panter-Co-Chairman Jeff East Joel Freestone Brent Weston Jon Bradford-Secretary/Treasurer Plain City Corp-Sexton Top Tier Yard Care-Caretaker Board Members excused: Welcome - Prayer/Moment of Silence 1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held December 8, 2022. 2. Review and discuss the remodeling of the old building. Information and tentative specs were given out to be reviewed for addition/subtracting of items needed to remodel this building. (A final spec sheet is needed to be sent out for bids) 3. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. 4. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 5. Adjourn.
