Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 23-01 Notice is hereby given that on January 5, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 23-01, amending the Brigham City General Plan Moderate Income Housing Plan to comply with Utah Code related to housing affordability. The Ordinance shall take effect on January 11, 2023. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
