The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Dalin Price for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Big D's BBQ' business out of the property located at approximately 6621 South Hwy. 89/91. Tax Id. #10-048-0005. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code change to Title 11 'Subdivision Regulations' Chapter 5 'Requirement for Improvements, Reservations & Design' Section 9 'Utilities' to only require public utility easements on the front of properties. 7.
