IVINS CITY OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, January 19, 2023 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 Purpose: Location: Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation to approve a Zone Amendment from RA-5 (Residential Agricultural, minimum lot size 5 acres) to Low Density Residential RE-15 (Residential Estates, minimum lot size 15,000 sq ft) on approximately 17.533 acres Located at approximately Highway 91 and 1000 West Applicant: RT Marten Utah, LLC-Owner. Lance Anderson-Applicant. Contact: Building and Zoning Administrator Mike Haycock, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place or may submit their views in writing to the Ivins City Council prior to the meeting.
