4) Consideration of a conditional use permit for XLR8 Motors at 490 East 1000 North, Aaron Lee, applicant
5) 2023 Goals & Objectives, Meeting Schedules, and Project Timelines
6) Report on City Council actions on items recommended by Planning Commission
