VINEYARD BICYCLE ADVISORY COMMISSION (BAC) MEETING Vineyard City Hall, 125 S Main Street, Vineyard, Utah Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 5:30 p.m _______________ 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPEN SESSION 3. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL 4. BUSINESS ITEMS: 4.1 The Purpose of the BAC Rachel Stevens, Planning Technician, will provide an overview of the purpose of the Commission. 4.2 Elect a Chair and Vice-Chair for the BAC The BAC will elect a chair and vice-chair for 2023. 4.3 2023 Calendar The BAC will move to adopt a calendar for 2023. 5. WORK SESSION: 5.1 Update to Active Transportation Plan Morgan Briam, Community Development Department, will present the proposed updates to the Active Transportation Plan. 6. COMMISSION MEMBERS' REPORTS AND EX PARTE DISCUSSION DISCLOSURE None. 7. ADJOURNMENT The next regularly scheduled meeting is scheduled for April 20, 2023 at 5:30 pm. The Public is invited to participate in all Bicycle Advisory Commission meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this public meeting should notify Rachel Stevens, Planning Technician, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (385).338.5382.
