NOTICE is hereby given regarding a public hearing before the Vineyard Planning Commission and City Council for a proposed development agreement between Vineyard City and Dakota Pacific regarding the property known as The Forge Subdivision. The development agreement would modify the master plan and allowed land uses and make minor modifications to the design guidelines. The property is located at approximately 769 N Ingot Road Vineyard, UT 84059 and is zoned within The Forge Zone. Parcel IDs: 39:258:0001 through 39:258:0007.
The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled for January 18, 2023, and City Council public hearing is scheduled for January 25, 2023, both at 6 pm located at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Public Hearing Notice will be published in the Salt Lake Tribune, posted at the Vineyard City Offices, Vineyard City Hall and on the Vineyard City website, posted on the Utah Public Notice website, and delivered to surrounding entities.
