- The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 23-01, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Number 08-105-0058 from GC (General Commercial) to M-1 (Manufacturing). The parcel is located at approximately 560 South 200 West and is approximately 4.92 Acres. The request was submitted by Brett Brunson.
