Description/Agenda

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the Aspen Meadows Development Agreement during the regular meeting scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the Development Agreement is to identify requirements and/or conditions for the Aspen Meadows annexation and future development of the area. Anyone wishing to review the Aspen Meadows Development Agreement may do so at the Brian Head Town Hall during normal business hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Anyone wishing to make a written comment on the Aspen Meadows Development Agreement may submit their comments to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov - 56 N. Hwy. 143 , PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than January 13, 2023 by 4:30 pm. Oral comments are limited to three (3) minutes during the public hearing portion of the meeting. All written comments are automatically submitted to the Town Council for their public hearing that will be held on February 14, 2023. All Planning Commission meetings are also available via Zoom Meetings. Please check the Brian Head Town website calendar for details and links to the Zoom Meeting. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Town offices during normal business hours.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

As per ordinance No. 11-003, authorizes the public bodies to establish written procedures governing the calling and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members may participate by electronic means.
