The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 10th day of January 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.
Public Comments - If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.
The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.
3. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.
4. Recommendation and Nomination for the 2023 Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair.
5. Consideration and Action on an Application for a Special Event Permit for the Tri-State ATV Club Jamboree being held March 30-31 and April 1, 2023.
6. Consideration and Action on a Building Permit application for the addition of a mud room at the residence of Rebecca McKown located at 38 East Main, Rockville - Cade Campbell
7. Approval of the minutes for the December 13, 2022, Regular Meeting.
8. Approval of the minutes for the December 13, 2022, Work Meeting.
