PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. December 21, 2022
2. Minor Plat Amendment
A. SPENCER PETERSON. The proposal involves amending two lots with existing single-family residences located at 1555 East 100 South in the Sunny Ridge Subdivision.
3. Site Plan
A. TAKE 5 EXPRESS CAR WASH. The proposal involves commercial redevelopment of a property for a car wash to be located at 891 North Main Street.
B. VOLUNTEER DRIVE EAST IMPROVEMENTS. The proposal involves the extension of Volunteer Drive from Main Street to 200 East.
C. SPANISH FORK PARKWAY SR-51 CONNECTOR. The proposal involves the connection of Spanish Fork Parkway to SR-51.
4. Title 15 Amendments
A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS - LANDSCAPING. The proposal involves various amendments to Municipal Code regarding Title 15 landscaping requirements.
