Public hearing and consideration of Howland Partner's request for approval of the Ridge Shopping Center Future Phase Concept Plan including 19.55-acres of apartments, retail, and restaurants along Ridge Drive in a Commercial zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Daniel Phillips' request for review of the Good and Beautiful Zone Change, 9-acres located at approximately 700 South Mill Pond Road, changing the zoning from Commercial & A-5 to Mixed Use. Public hearing and recommendation of Mammoth Holding's request for approval of the zone change from TH-5 to Commercial for the property located at 26 South 2300 West.
