PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 641 East 700 North (Monkey Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Cory Heward for a 3-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Heward Acres Plat A, on 1.16 acres of land located at approx. 641 East 700 North in the R1-9 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
