Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on January 10, 2023 to receive public comment on a request by Bruce Bastian, representing J.B. Earl Company, for a Development Agreement, Land Use Map Amendment, and Zoning Map Amendment, known as the Royale Estate & Cottages Development Agreement, Land Use and Zoning Map Amendments, located at approximately 12430 South 700 East, for the purpose of developing a senior assisted living and three single family residences.
