- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Subdivision Final Plat: Applicant Ray Loveless is seeking approval of a final plat of the Ashlee Ridge Subdivision Plat E at approximately 1300 East and Salem Canal Road. The subdivision would consist of 2 single family lots in the R-1-9 zone. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
