At 6:30 conduct the following two public hearings in the order below: A.Receive public input and consider for approval the preliminary plat for the Baldwin Subdivision (1 additional building lot) on property at 141 East 200 South. B. Receive public input on the proposed countywide library system, and possible alternatives to assist the council in making a "Non-Binding" vote on the council's position.11.Continued discussion on a potential water line on 1600 South 12.Discuss and decide the course of action at the sewer lagoons based on the recently completed Geotechinal Engineering report 13.Department reports 14.City Manager/Recorders report
