Board of Appeals Notice and Agenda Thursday December 29, 2022 6:00 PM Mayfield Town Hall (52 North Main Street) Agenda Jack Wilber : Request for appeal of Chapter 18.48.040 (one residence per zoning lot) of Mayfield Town Ordinance at 111 E 500 N Mayfield, Utah. The Board may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Board and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance. Zoom Meeting ID: 435 528 5061 Incompliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, service, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice.
