RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 12, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear the following item(s): a. Rezone - Wright-Parkside Rezone, PLZ-22-4010, an application to rezone an existing development at 12995 S. Sand Hollow Drive from current zoning of R-14- SD/EHOV (Residential Medium Density with an Elderly Housing Overlay) to R-14-SD (Residential Medium Density). Applicant - Wright Homes. b. Subdivision - Navratil Minor Subdivision, PLZ-22-1011, a request for approval of a lot-line adjustment to the common boundary of lots 12 and 16 of Tillery Estates Subdivision located at 2578 W. Tillery Circle. Applicant - Martin Navratil c. Subdivision - Pleasant Green Estates #1 Amended, PLZ-22-1010, a request for approval of a lot-line adjustment to the common boundary of lots 14 and 16 of Pleasant Green Estates #1 Subdivision located at 13687 and 13699 South 2780 West. Applicant - Daniel and Marti Deveraux d. Amended Site Plan - Gospel Hope Addition, PLZ-22-8023, a building addition and parking lot expansion to be located at 11815 South 2700 West. Applicant - Ron Harris e. Code Amendment - PLZ-22-5005, Riverton City is proposing changes to the Riverton City Standard Specifications and Plans Manual. f. Minutes - Approval of minutes from Planning Commission meetings on 11.10.22 and 12.08.22. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801- 208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
