RIVERTON CITY 2023 MEETING SCHEDULES Pursuant to § 52-4-202(2) Utah Code Annotated, Riverton City hereby gives notice of the following meeting schedules for the Year 2023: - City Council Meetings are generally held on the first and third Tuesday of each month with Work Sessions beginning at 5:00 p.m. and City Council Meetings beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Riverton City Hall, located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. - Planning Commission Meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Riverton City Hall, located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. - Riverton Fire Service Area (RFSA) Meetings are held quarterly and as needed for budgeting purposes on the first Tuesday of each month following City Council Meetings. This meeting is scheduled in the following months: March, June, September, November, and December. - Riverton Law Enforcement Service Area (RLESA) Meetings are held quarterly and as needed for budgeting purposes on the third Tuesday of each month following City Council Meetings. This meeting is scheduled in the following months: March, May, June, September, and December. - Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Meetings, Special and/or Emergency Meetings, in addition to those specified, may be held as circumstances require; best practicable notice will be given for such meetings. - Board of Adjustment Hearings may be held as circumstances require; best practicable notice will be given for such meetings. City Council Meeting Dates for 2023 1st Tuesday 3rd Tuesday January 3 January 17 February 7 February 21 March 6 March 21 April 4 April 18 May 2 May 16 June 5 June 19 July 4-No Meeting July 18 August 1 August 15 September 5 September 19 October 3 October 17 November 7 November 21 December 12 - Special Meeting Planning Commission Meeting Dates for 2023 2nd Thursday 4th Thursday January 12 January 26 February 9 February 23 March 8 March 23 April 13 April 27 May 11 May 25 June 8 June 22 July 13 July 27-No Meeting August 10 August 24 September 14 September 28 October 12 October 26 November 9 November 23-No Meeting-Thanksgiving Day December 14 December 28-No Meeting Meetings may be canceled; however, best practicable notice will be given for canceled meetings. Meetings will not be held on a State or Federal Holiday or on an Election Day. All meetings are open to the public unless closed, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder's Office at 801-208-3128, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
